Waking Up Victoriously

Waking Up Victoriously

Waking up – it is an unavoidable occurrence that happens every morning (or evening, who am I to say I know your sleeping habits?), though many of you hit snooze once twice, or maybe five times. It is a habit we all say we will break, and those that do know what is feels like to wake up feeling alive. So, stop hitting snooze in your zombie, grouch-like state and wake up ready to simply live your life. Learn to embrace the mornings not feeling tired, but energized. Waking up feeling victorious.

Many of you have tried to nix the habit of hitting snooze, and with the right outlook and mindset, you can. From this blog onward make it your daily challenge to wake up with a new VICTORIOUS mentality.

Once you have adopted your new morning mentality, you’re going to notice a huge shift not only mentally, physically, socially but also spiritually. But how could you possibly be certain? Most conflicts in life take place within one’s inner self and because of this I believe that we are programmed at birth to overcome hardships through positive mental attitude. So, when you make the effort to continually wake up rather than hit snooze, you will find yourself eventually waking up with your arms above your head raised in a victorious ‘V’, letting out a large yawn that awakens the soul, and taking in your first breath of the morning with natural energy instantly starting the change inside your body.

Following the initial flow of energy is your blood pressure rising back up and with it the awareness of oxygen filling your lungs. Yes, this is the initial process of waking up, but what takes if from simply waking up to waking up victoriously comes with seeing what an amazing day lies ahead of you. Every morning is an amazing time to start your day. You’ve been gifted with an opportunity, so take it. At that point, you should realize you’ve let out a soul-awakening yawn, as a lion awakens with a roar, so have you.

Keep in mind, when you open those arms you are in a ‘V’ for ‘Victory’ because I believe that God has gifted us with life. What we do with that life is our gift back to Him. When you wake up victorious, you’re given the opportunity to not only lead the universe but also make a difference. Take a moment to think about whatever goal you currently have. Wouldn’t it be spectacular to build and develop them?

For those who are waking up feeling tired and defeated before you even take your first breath of the morning, you probably feel overwork, underpaid, underappreciated, pushed to your limit. This also means you are more than likely mentally and physically exhausted with no desire to get out of bed, so you hit snooze.

Commit to making this mental change, think about waking up and throw your arms up looking at the world.  Make the initiative and lead the universe.  Think about the impact you’re going to make. If you can commit to waking up in this way for 28 days, you will form a great habit – a habit that will lead to an entire transformation of your life.

With this one small, simple change, you will begin to see a transformation take place. Maybe not overnight, but after a while, positive changes will emerge within your relationships and throughout every other aspect of your life. Just from waking up with a positive mental attitude.

When you’re trying to develop a better life, you must dive into the details of what’s holding you back from the life you wanted. Do you dread waking up because you’re not doing what you want to be doing? Are you not surrounded by the people you want to be with? My guess is, yes, if you would rather be sleeping.

To create the life you want to live, doing the things that you want to do, you first have to make that important mental shift.  You need to stop slapping the snooze button with anger already in your lungs ready to fill your mind with negative energy that will spread to the rest of your body. It is that negative energy that keeps you in the same place, unable to move forward.

Knowing this, wouldn’t you rather wake up with a big morning stretch and a positive energy gathering yawn? With this new mentality, you’re going to start to see those changes take place because you be allowing the Universe to let them. And you can do this, I promise you. All you need to do is maintain the idea that if you wake up victoriously with a can-do attitude, ready to take on the world, you will lead a much happier day and a healthier lifestyle. Starting your day happy is one of the defining moments of your day.

Just bear in mind that your first goal of the day is waking up happy. So, if you’ve done that you have already accomplished one of your daily goals before even getting out of bed. The accomplishment of that goal will then positively affect the rest of your goals for the day since you did something positive with no negative impact.

So, let your yawn be a glorious roar. If you do that, I assure you, you’ll start to see some major changes, starting with truly living your life.

Like I said, I’ve got a little bonus for you, it’s a little video. Just enjoy.

I want to thank each and every one of you for stopping by. Leave a comment letting me know how you wake up feeling victorious. Or, if you can’t seem to get up in the mornings leave a comment letting me know what you feel is keeping you there.
